Mindset change.

That is at the heart of Agile. 

The authors of the Agile Manifesto realized this when that met back in 2001 to discuss the trends they had been seeing in the software development community. 

Your success as a Scrum master hinges on your ability to lead your teams from an all or nothing mindset to a mindset of small, incremental changes that gather feedback rapidly.

The absolute worst thing your teams can do is build a product that no one uses. Being on time and on budget means nothing if you can not generate revenue with your product.

Using the values and principles outlined in the Manifesto, along with other techniques around team building, will help you to guide your teams to towards building products your customers will love.
