About Me
Established in 2001
Since serving in the army for 6 years and then graduating with my degree in computer science in 2001, I have had various roles in software development.
I spent several years as a front and back end developer before working as a business analyst honing my skills in requirements gathering.
When an opportunity to become the project manager over the team came about a year later, I jumped at the chance. This was a great opportunity for me to try out some Agile theories I had been reading about.
I have spent the last few years growing the community of practice at my job, helping other scrum masters to become their best.
